Termite or Dry Rot Repair Repairing termite or dry rot damage requires a Building Permit.

Project-Related Tree Removal Permits Removing trees as part of an approved project requires a permit.
Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Permits All mechanical, electrical & plumbing work requires permits.
Ticket Distribution Training This training is intended for all City of Oakland Public Servants who distribute or receive City-issued event tickets.
SB-9: Two-Unit Homes and Parcel Subdivisions SB-9 allow more homes to be built on single-family lots or to split the lot.
Single Family Home New homes require Design Review and Building Permits.

City of Oakland to change Sunday parking meter operations

City of Oakland parking meters will soon be enforced citywide on Sundays from noon to 6 p.m. as part of a larger effort to improve parking access and better support the business community. The change goes into effect Jan. 4 starting with a 30-day warning period.
