Community Emergency Response Team Training (CERT)

#ReadyOakland provides CERT training to help individuals manage utilities, extinguish small fires, treat injuries, offer basic medical aid, rescue victims, and organize volunteers to assist until professional responders arrive. CERT is the successor to the former CORE 1, 2, 3 training series.
