OakPark+ aims to improve the parking and mobility experience in Oakland. Derived from the Downtown Oakland Parking Study, this initiative has three primary goals for downtown Oakland:
- Increase parking availability through variable pricing and time limits,
- Improve customer satisfaction, and
- Actively manage the parking supply to support environmental, economic, and social equity goals.
