The Records Division is located at the Police Administration Building (PAB), Records Division, 455 7th Street, Room 306, Oakland, CA 94607.
We're located at the Records Kiosk on the first floor of the PAB and are open Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) and on Saturdays, Sundays, and all holidays (8:00 a.m. to noon).
The Records Division can also be reached by phone from (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) at (510) 238-3021.
