City of Oakland Launches OAK APPS Portal - central access to resident facing applications
The app is located in the complaint portal of the CPRA, https://apps.oaklandca.gov/CPR... and is a case management system that will also improve internal tracking, investigation, and data collection of complaints.

He is transformative, fusing entrepreneurial drive and vision with technology to provide cost-effective solutions and timely delivery of projects while operating on constrained budgets. His competencies are enterprise systems, platform integration, security and compliance, business intelligence, policy, process re-engineering and cloud computing.
As acting CIO, Mr. Fong oversees the planning, operation and support of the IT business and public safety systems and infrastructure for the City, enabling it to carry out its roles efficiently, productively and securely. Prior to joining the City, Mr. Fong was the IT Director/CIO at the Port of Oakland, and IT Director at University of California, Berkeley.
