Welcome to the City of Oakland.  The City offers a comprehensive benefits program designed to meet the needs of both you and your family. 

How To Enroll

Access your enrollment package by clicking on the box for your employee group.  The Employee Benefit Enrollment Package document includes links to access information about your benefits and enrollment forms to activate your benefits. 

  • Explore your benefit options.  Review your Employee Benefits Guide to learn about your benefit options. 
  • Follow the step-by-step instructions in the Benefit Enrollment Steps(PDF, 123KB) document to enroll. 

Make sure you attend the Benefits 101 Workshop.  You will receive a meeting invitation to attend your scheduled Benefits 101 Workshop.
