Bhawna Chowdhary joined the Public Ethics Commission as a Law Clerk in 2025, bringing experience in regulatory investigations, legal research, and compliance analysis. Her work focuses on ethics, campaign finance, and lobbying, and she supports enforcement actions through research and drafting. Ms. Chowdhary has also contributed to policy development and legislative research to strengthen transparency and accountability in local government.
Ms. Chowdhary holds an L.L.M. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and a master’s degree in Cross-Border Business and Finance from Singapore Management University.
