Join us at Oakland City Hall (Meeting Rm. 1) for a workshop to help you get your business financing in order! The program is for businesses with two or more years of revenue. The workshop is taught by loan officers from SBA lending partners and SCORE business mentors.If your business has at least two years of revenue, this workshop will teach you how to prepare a loan application packet. We will teach you how to look at your business cash flow the way a lender does.

We will cover four key topics in getting a loan.

• Understanding business and personal credit. How to build business credit.
• Preparing your financials.
• Case studies (of different loan scenarios).
• Putting it all together in a loan package.
