NEW Application Process for Cannabis Applications

Accela Permitting Platform is ready!

We are excited to announce that we are transitioning our application process to the Accela platform.  This upgrade will streamline the experience for both NEW applicants and current applicants (needing to update site location), allowing you to complete the application and upload documents with ease.

Additionally, you will now have the option to pay your fees online!

Cannabis Application Steps

Step 1.Create your user account

The first step is to create a user account in Accela. This account is your "key" to the system and will grant you access to apply for your cannabis permit.

Step 2.Gather documents

Once your account is set up, you should gather the necessary documents.  Having these documents ready will make the upload process much faster.

For All Applicants:

For applicants who believe they qualify as "Equity", please review the Cannabis Equity Program documents required to fulfill this requirement.
