Illegal Dumping

Graffiti

All graffiti should be reported using OAK311. The City's Graffiti Abatement program is responsible for the abatement of graffiti on public property. Graffiti reported on private property will be referred to Oakland's Building Services to enforce under the Oakland Municipal Code §8.10.200.

Graffiti on the property of other agencies will be referred to them for abatement.
