The table below shows candidates and political committees that have not met the rules for filing campaign finance reports.
The Public Ethics Commission collects, checks, and shares campaign finance reports from Oakland candidates and political committees. The Commission posts the names of committees whose reports are more than 45 days late.
This list may change, and it might not include every late filer or the newest information. Committees are taken off the list after they file their overdue reports or after two years pass from the original deadline.

Oakland campaign committees file their finance reports using an online system called NetFile. These reports can be viewed by the public on the Campaign Finance Disclosure Public Portal. The raw data from these reports is also updated each day on Oakland’s OakData website.
