How to Request a Hearing for Speeding Tickets

To start the Hearing process (Level 2 Protest), all of the following are required: 

  1. Receive results in the mail from a completed Admin Review (Level 1 Protest)

  2. Within 21 days of the mailing date of the results:

Reminder: You must complete an Admin Review (Level 1 Protest) and receive results in the mail before starting the hearing process. There is no way to skip the Admin Review. 

Note: If the hearing result is in your favor, you will receive your fine payment back. If the hearing result is not in your favor, you will not receive this money back.

Follow the directions on the form to select your Hearing Preference and provide your Statement of Facts.

Once you have completed the form and gathered any supporting documents, submit the form one of the following ways:
