Programs

BPAC

The Bicycle and Pedestrian Program provides staff support to Oakland's Bicyclist and Pedestrian Advisory Commission (BPAC) which advises the City on programs and projects related to walking and bicycling. Meetings take place in City Hall starting at 6:00pm on the third Thursday of the month and are open to the public.

Projects

Other agencies are working on bicycle and pedestrian projects in Oakland, such as the San Pablo Avenue Corridor Project and East Bay Greenway (Alameda County Transportation Commission) and the West Oakland Link (Metropolitan Transportation Commission).
