In the continuing effort to expand COVID testing and vaccination services throughout Oakland, Oakland Emergency Management Services Division is working with partners to bring more clinics to Oakland residents. Below is the list of available sites with hours of operation and services offered.
Covid Clinic operates three, free, walk-up vaccination and testing clinics:
- Downtown Covid Clinic - Vaccination
Where: City Hall – 1 Frank Ogawa Plaza, Oakland
Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: Open from 9 am – 5 pm, including holidays
- Downtown Covid Clinic - Testing
Where: Kiosk at Frank Ogawa Plaza, Oakland
Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: 9 am – 5 pm, including holidays
- Fruitvale Covid Clinic – Testing and Vaccination
Where: 3411 East 12th Street, Suite #130, Oakland
Days: Saturday through Wednesday
Hours: 9 am – 5 pm
- Eastmont Town Center Supersite – Testing and Vaccination
Where: Eastmont Town Center, 7000 Bancroft Ave, Oakland
Days: Monday – Sunday
Hours: Testing 6:30 am – 11 pm
Vaccination* 7 am – 7 pm
*Pediatric Vaccines: Tuesday – Saturday, 7 am – 7 pm
Covid Clinic’s free walk-up clinics offer all three vaccinations: Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, and Pfizer (for adults; the pediatric vaccination is not yet available). No appointment is necessary.
In addition to vaccinations, Covid Clinic offers three COVID tests:
- RT PCR Test: 1-day turnaround. No cost to the patient.
- Rapid Antigen Test: 30-minute turnaround. Cost may apply.
- Rapid Antibody Test: 30-minute turnaround. Cost may apply.
City Health operates two free vaccination and testing sites. Walk-up or by appointment:
- West Oakland Library – Testing and Vaccination

Days: Sunday – Thursday
