Vehicle Collision Reports

Traffic collision reports can be purchased online, in person or by mail. Reports are typically available within 60-90 days from the collision date.

Online

  • The total cost of an on-line report is $30.00 (a $5.00 convenience fee is included).
  • To obtain a copy of a report online, go to Police Reports Portal.
  • Enter state and jurisdiction and one of the following: Report Number or Name (First, Last) and Date of Incident or Name (First, Last and Street)

 NOTE: Fatal traffic collision reports can only be purchased in person or by mail, please see below.

In Person or By Mail

 To obtain a copy of a report in person, come to:

The following items are required:

  • Report number, or date, location and involved party name(s).
  • $25.00 fee. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Money Order or Check.
  • Valid government issued identification. https://policereports.lexisnexis.com/ui/home
  • Self-addressed, stamped trackable envelope (mail only).
  • If you are a 3rd party, you MUST include a signed authorization from the involved party and/or death certificate (if applicable).

NOTE: You can also purchase body camera footage, surveillance video and scene photos for $25.00/each.
