Air Quality Plans

The City of Oakland and OAB Developers engaged the public in the development of air quality plans required by the Standard Conditions of Approval/Mitigation Monitoring Reporting Program (SCA/MMRP) of the 2012 OAB EIR Addendum. This requirement addresses potential air quality impacts on the surrounding area during construction (Construction Air Quality Plans) and operation of the project (Operational Air Quality Plans).
