As part of Phase 2 of the Oakland General Plan Update, the City of Oakland’s Planning and Building Department (PBD) and Department of Transportation (DOT) are supporting neighborhood walking tours across the town to connect with residents in Oakland’s Environmental Justice Communities and understand the opportunities, challenges, needs, and wants of different neighborhoods.
