Central Reservations Unit

Whether you're planning an intimate family gathering, a corporate retreat/meeting, graduations, family reunions, the wedding of your dreams, or special events, the City of Oakland offers a diverse collection of unique facilities designed to create a lifetime of memories. 

To book a reservation:

  • Applicant must be 21 years of age or older to rent a facility.
  • Reservations are booked on a first come first serve basis.
  • Reservations must be finalized 30 days prior to event date.

Application Process

Step 1.Step 1: Select a Facility/Parks not adjacent to recreation centers.

Step 2: Schedule a Site Tour (optional)

While optional, a site tour of the facilities can be a helpful step in determining the right fit for your occasion. Contact us at cru@oaklandca.gov to schedule a site tour.

Step 2.Step 3: Complete the rental application, and email the completed application to cru@oaklandca.gov

Step 3.Step 4: Site Representative will respond, via email, within 48 hours with availability, cost, and detailed information about the additional permits required.
