Free Representation Services for Low-Income and Medium-Income Tenants and Small Property Owners in Rent Adjustment Program (RAP) Petition Matters

Through contracts with the City of Oakland, Centro Legal de la Raza offers representation services to tenants with a family income of up to 100% of Area Median Income. The East Bay Area Rental Housing Association offers representation services to small-property owners in RAP petition proceedings.
