Oakland Public Works requests that the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission (PRAC) adopt a motion recommending that the Oakland City Council assign the role of citizen oversight to the PRAC for Measure Q expenditures under the categories of parks, recreation and storm water related uses as authorized under the Measure.
