OPD Seeks Help in Identifying an Individual in Connection to a Carjack

OPD News:

The Oakland Police Department is investigating a carjacking and assault. The incident occurred on October 1st, 2025, in the 1100 block of Clay Street. Officers responded to a report of a carjacking.

When officers arrived, they located a 77-year-old victim suffering severe injuries. Video obtained during the investigation shows the female suspect.

She is described as a Black female, approximately 20-30 years of age, 5'5" to 5'7" tall, with a thin build and black hair in a ponytail.
