The Oakland Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating Winter Tolliver, a 10-year-old Oakland girl considered at risk due to age.

Last seen around 6:30 p.m. on July 12, 2026, in the 1300 block of 94^th Avenue. Tolliver was wearing a cheetah print bonnet, white tank top with blue flowers, and purple pants.

She is described as a Black female, 4'11” tall, 80 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Family says she’s familiar with Bart and has family in the East Bay.
