Missing Person Elizabeth Doleman: At Risk Due to Age

The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person Elizabeth Doleman, who is at risk due to age.

Elizabeth Doleman was last seen on March 7, 2026, around 6:45 p.m. in the 4300 block of Tompkins Avenue. She is also known to frequent Santa Cruz County. She was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue pants.  

Doleman is described as a 16-year-old Black female, standing 5’5” tall and weighing 140 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. Doleman is in good mental and physical condition.
