Bicyclist & Pedestrian Advisory Commission Annual Chair's Reports

Bicyclist & Pedestrian Advisory Commission (BPAC) Annual Chair's Reports to the Public Works Committee of Oakland City Council. 

Per section 9 of the ordinance that created the BPAC(PDF, 175KB), "The Chair of the Public Works Committee of the City Council shall serve as a liaison between the Bicyclist and Pedestrian Advisory Commission and the City Council. The Commission shall provide annual reports to the Public Works Committee of the City Council to summarize the safety of and access for bicyclists and pedestrians in Oakland."
