This 2-hour practical training will provide in-depth, technical guidance for assessing & selecting electrification measures in rehab projects. Replacing gas appliances with clean, efficient electric alternatives is critical for health and safety. Done right, going all-electric can also lower energy bills, increase occupant comfort, and help address health hazards such as mold, pests, and asbestos. Participants will leave this training excited about tackling electrification puzzles, and confident about discussing options with your clients. Participants will also be equipped to pursue further certification for rebate programs such as BayREN and the statewide TECH program, and have a solid understanding of how to braid available incentives and rebates so that your clients can do more to electrify their homes.
