BPAC Agendas and Minutes

The Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Commission (BPAC) meets regularly to discuss projects, policies, and issues related to biking and walking in Oakland. All meetings are open to the public.

General Meetings

Occur on the third Thursday of the month, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. 

BPAC Committees

BPAC committees focus on specific topics and meet separately to support the Commission's work. Anyone can attend or participate in a committee.

Infrastructure Committee

Occur on the third Thursday of odd-numbered months, from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

Policy and Legislative Committee

Occur quarterly on the fourth Monday of January, April, July, and October, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
