The chart below outlines application fees based on special event tier levels. Please note, if your event requires Oakland Police Department or Fire Prevention Bureau staff during your event there will be additional costs associated.
There is a Technology and Enhancement fee calculated at 12.5% of your application fee added to each permit cost. All permitting fees are non-refundable, but a credit can be applied to future event permits if our office receives notification of a cancellation prior to the event date.
