Neighborhood Services

Every block is organized, and every neighbor is skilled, networked, and empowered to work together and in partnership with the City and outside agencies to solve problems and build a healthy, resilient community.

Resources

As of March 14, 2025, due to budgetary constraints the Neighborhood Services Division is no longer being staffed.  If you have a request for service, please contact Oak 311 at https://www.oaklandca.gov/services/oak311. We encourage you to attend your Neighborhood Council meeting, participate in Oakland Earth Day and other activities taking place in your neighborhood. The information on this page contains resources that we are currently updating due to the change in staffing. Please check back for more details on how the City will continue to support neighborhood services.
