Creek to Bay Day

This citywide day of environmental volunteerism celebrates community action to protect our creeks, coast and ocean. No matter where you're participating, you are helping to protect our waterways and watershed!

In partnership with the California Coastal Commission, Oakland Public Works' Environmental Stewardship Team celebrates Oakland's Annual Creek to Bay Day every third Saturday in September. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the California Coastal Act, the landmark law that has protected our coastline and waterways for half a century.

Join us in September!

Join hundreds of volunteers in helping keep Oakland clean, healthy, and beautiful. Whether you're an individual or part of a group, your help is needed.
