An additional Obstruction Permit is required before blocking or obstructing the public right-of-way. An approved Traffic Control Plan may also be required to obstruct the sidewalk, bike lane, or vehicle travel lane.
Note: Utility companies, including EBMUD and PG&E, and contractors impacting utility company assets should apply for the Utility Excavation Permit.

New Contractors can create a username and password and follow the steps to create an account.
