To help the City of Oakland better understand the regulated cannabis marketplace and how to improve the City's cannabis program, we asked Equity Operators to participate in a survey to inform the City about their current challenges, experiences, and how the City should allocate the newest $2.4 million grant from the Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development (Go-Biz).
