Through March 6, 2019, the City of Oakland’s Workforce Development Board (OWDB) is accepting proposals from organizations to provide workforce development services for low and very-low income youth and young adults, ages 16-24. Contracts resulting from this RFP process are anticipated to run from July 2019 through June 2022.
