The Submittal date has been extended to Monday, April 15, 2024, at 2:00 pm, PT.
FTIP was expanded and relaunched in late 2022, with an application window that closed on January 31st, 2023. The City received over 650 applications, and in May approved grants to 100 eligible applicants of up to $25,000 each, awarded based on equity scoring criteria and fulfillment of the program goals. The first phase of 20 FTIP grants are currently being processed by City staff, with the remaining 80 grants to be processed in a second phase starting in 2024. The program includes a priority focus on underinvested commercial corridors most impacted by racism and underinvestment.
