Older adults and people with disabilities, please take a few minutes to respond to a survey! Your answers will to help the Downtown Oakland Specific Plan team understand challenges you face to accessing opportunity in downtown Oakland.
The Strategic Planning Division will use the responses to this survey, without names, to help draft the Downtown Oakland Specific Plan and address the needs of people with disabilities of all races and ethnicities by:
- Understanding challenges for Oaklanders with disabilities to accessing opportunity in the downtown
- Becoming aware of differences in access to opportunity between different groups of people with disabilities
- Learning how to better engage people with disabilities in the planning process
