Missing Person Isaiah Foster: At Risk Due to Age
The Oakland Police Department requests assistance from our community members and media partners in locating Missing Person, Isaiah Foster, who is at risk due to age.
Foster was last seen on December 1, 2023, around noon in the 1000 block of East 28th
Street. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and brownish-orange pants.
Foster is described as a 9-year-old Black male. He stands 5’1” tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. The family reports Foster is in good physical and mental condition.
