The Oakland Public Ethics Commission is hosting a FREE online campaign finance essentials training with presenters from the California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) and Oakland Pubic Ethics Commission (PEC) on May 28, 2020, from 10 am to 12 pm!

Requirements of the CA Political Reform Act apply to all candidates running for a public office in California so candidates and treasures from all East Bay jurisdictions are welcome to attend.

The California FPPC will provide an overview of state rules that apply to local candidates and the Oakland PEC will follow with details about rules specific to Oakland candidates.

If you have any questions or would like to register for the training, please send an email to ethicscommission@oaklandca.gov. We will send out a link to the webinar after receiving confirmation.
