Zoning Incentive Program Study Session

This meeting of the Downtown Oakland Specific Plan (DOSP) was held on March 29, 2023 at 6:00pm

Please join City staff and economic consultants for a workshop to study the Zoning Incentive Program (ZIP) Economic Analysis for the Downtown Oakland Specific Plan (DOSP) and discuss possible improvements to the ZIP. The meeting will include discussion of the relationship of the ZIP to the DOSP and City’s affordable housing strategies. The ZIP is part of the Zoning Amendments to be considered for adoption with the Final Draft DOSP.
