Join us for a fascinating Zoom Symposium as we learn about sleep and rest, and how they are impacted by our aging, our brain, and by the COVID-19 Pandemic. Researchers, physicians and clinicians from University of San Francisco Memory and Aging Center will be on hand to help us better understand sleep, answer our questions, and to offer some tips and techniques to improve the quality (and quantity) of our rest, relaxation, and sleep.

There will also be drawings for $50 Gift Cards, but you must Register with Event Brite to be entered in the drawing. Winners must be online to claim their prize.
