Over the past decade, Erin has explored a plethora of industries including philanthropy, international development, finance, and healthcare technology. Erin currently works at Google.org, Google’s corporate philanthropy to build and deploy teams of Google employees who work full time with nonprofits and governments to tackle their most pressing technological challenges. Erin is passionate about using technology to scale the impact of organizations that work to create a more inclusive and fair society. Prior to Google.org, Erin led the Google for Nonprofits team and was responsible for marketing & helping nonprofits use Google technologies to increase their organizations’ capacity and reach across ~50 countries.

In a personal capacity, Erin is deeply involved in disability advocacy. She spearheaded Google’s partnership with the Special Olympics World Games in 2015 which combined the best of Google: it’s people, funding, and products totaling $1M of in kind donations and ~500 volunteers at the games. As a result, in 2017 Erin was invited to become a Board Member for the Special Olympics Northern California to continue supporting the inclusion revolution. To further her impact and in an effort to make Google the best place to work for people with disabilities, she spent the last six years as the Global Chief Operations Officer for the Disability Alliance, Google’s disability-focused global employee resource group.

Her most cherished role is being an Auntie to five nieces and nephews. Erin graduated from the University of California, Davis and is a Bay Area native.
