Phoenix Mangrum

Phoenix has been a bicyclist since the age of 4. For over 10 years he has worked as a bike mechanic and bicycle safety educator with youth and adults. The focus has been teaching bike safety through the safe routes to schools program—elementary, middle and high school students. Phoenix also teaches a bike safety class for low-income adults who need a bike for transportation.
