Linda Stevens

Linda has recently joined the MCPD. She has extensive experience working and advocating for persons with physical challenges as a physical therapist. She is the Mother of a young adult with autism and has been active over the years in such advocacy activities for persons with developmental challenges such as serving on the Community Advisory Committee of OUSD, serving on the State Developmental Disabilities Council, serving on the Alameda County Developmental Disabilities Council and is currently a Board member of Regional Center of the East Bay. She looks forward to continuing advocacy work for all persons with disabilities by serving on MCPD. She is a long-term resident of Oakland and is originally from the mighty state of New Jersey.
