Francois Barrilleaux

My name is Francois Barrilleaux and I am an Oakland native and recent graduate from Oakland Tech. Before leaving for college next fall at the University of Pennsylvania, I am excited to be assisting my local city Council Member Abel Guillen as a summer intern. Among other things, I am currently working on collecting data on hate crimes, updating Abel's website, and connecting community organizations with city resources. I look forward to seeing you at a community meeting this summer!
