Hailing from Bristol, UK, her worldview is shaped by years of traversing cities worldwide by foot, bicycle, and public transit. With a background in Transportation, Urban Development, and Public Policy, she wields her knowledge as a catalyst for change, viewing bicycles not just as modes of transport but as instruments for activism, social justice, and liberation.
Enjoleah is dedicated to reshaping urban design, planning, and engineering projects through an equitable lens, striving to foster truly inclusive urban spaces. With 15 years of experience in multimodal transportation, land use, transit access, data analysis, and environmental review processes, she stands as a systematic leader in her field. Outside her professional pursuits, Enjoleah is intentionally car-free, dedicating her free time to bike tinkering and exploration, often pedaling around “The Town” in search of a proper English stout. She finds solace in catching waves at Pacifica and Santa Cruz, embarking on a unique endeavor to convert a school bus into a mobile bike shop, and channeling her creativity through the art of poetry.
