1. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR CITY OF OAKLAND HEAD START PROGRAM FY 2024-2029

Deadline for submittals: October 21, 2024, by 2:00 PM (PST)

Project Description: The City of Oakland Head Starts seeks experienced and motivated non – profit organizations, private, public agencies, and others, to provide professional services to support the City’s early childhood development program (Head Start) for children prenatal through 5 years of age.

2. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR YOUTH-LED PARTICIPATORY ACTION RESEARCH (YPAR) STUDY

Deadline for submittals: September 30, 2024, by 2:00 PM (PST)

Project Description: To support the continued implementation of a youth-led participatory action research (YPAR) study for the Oakland Youth Commission (OYC) on topics related to Oakland Fund for Children and Youth and various topics.
