I am Mayor Sheng Thao, and I am thrilled to invite you to join me in spreading holiday cheer and warmth throughout our incredible city. The 2023 Toy + Coat Drive, proudly sponsored by the Oakland Mayor's Office and SEIU Local 1021, is a wonderful opportunity for us to come together and make a difference in the lives of our youth.
Coats and Toys Galore: Making Holidays Brighter for All!
This year, we aim to fill two school buses with the magic of the season—thousands of brand-new toys and warm coats for children in underserved communities. The need is greater than ever, and your contribution can make a significant impact. Thank you for being a part of this compassionate initiative!

All funds raised will go toward purchasing toys and coats for Oakland children and families! The East Bay Community Foundation will be administering this fund on behalf of the Mayor's Office. If you would like to make a gift to the Toy Drive, please make checks out to "East Bay Community Foundation" and note that the fund is "One Oakland Holiday Fund."
