Public Service Representative, Cashiering
Jonathan is originally from Oklahoma and moved to California in 2001. He is working towards my degree in Marketing Management and Accounting, hopefully finishing by June of 2020. Outside of work he enjoys traveling and studying foreign languages, and he loves Mexico City. Jonathan has been working for the City of Oakland for 12+ years and with the Planning and Building Department a little over 3 years. Over the course of his career he has over 13+ years of administrative background. He now works as a Senior Public Service Representative helping to oversee the Cashier Unit’s operations, maintaining written standard operating procedures, preparing reconciliation reports for Cashier’s Station, and preparing journal vouchers and billing appeal responses.
