Dyana Marie Delfín Polk

Dyana has over 15 years of experience in electoral politics, government and nonprofit management. Her prior experience includes working as a Legislative Aide in the City of Berkeley's Mayor's Office and as Associate Executive Director at HOMEY SF, a violence prevention nonprofit based in San Francisco's Mission District. During her tenure with the City of Berkeley, Dyana was an active member of SEIU 1021, advocating for worker protections during COVID-19 and pay equity. In addition to her experience in policy and government, Dyana is an elected member of the Peralta Community College District Board of Trustees. She earned a BA in History & Chicano Studies from the University of California, Berkeley and a Masters degree in Public Policy from Mills College.
