This training is intended for all City of Oakland Public Servants who distribute or receive City-issued event tickets. The City’s Ticket Distribution Policy was adopted to ensure compliance with the Oakland Government Ethics Act and the California Political Reform Act by the City and its public officials, and to provide a clear policy for the receipt, distribution, and reporting of the use of City tickets.
