Request To Schedule an Agenda Item Form Submission Instructions

The Agenda Item Request Form must be completed and submitted by 4:00pm on Monday three weeks in advance of the requested meeting either in person or by email - AgendaTeam@Oaklandca.gov

Requests are reviewed and forwarded to the Rules and Legislation Committee, which meets weekly on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m.

You should confirm the scheduling of your item and attend the meeting to present your request before the Rules Committee.
