You may pay for your Fictitious Business Name State with cash, debit/ATM, check (personal, company, bank, cashier's or traveler's) or money order.
Return Your Application by Mail
If you return your Fictitious Business Name Statement application by mail, please be sure to send the original application, three copies of the form and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ensure the prompt return of your copies. Additional certified copies are $2.00 per copy.
You may pay by check (personal, company, bank, or cashiers), money order or traveler's checks. Out of country payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Credit cards are not accepted for applications returned by mail.
